Setting Up Your Email in Mail Programs
i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora, Opera, Mac OS Mail, iPod, iPad, BlackBerry, etc etc...

BASIC PARAMETERS:

The User Name is the WHOLE MAIL. Example:

User Name: Example » juan.valdez@cafecolombia.com
Password: *****

The configuration of BOTH mail servers is the same:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.Domain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.Domain.com

Note: Replace "Domain" for the real domain, it means the same name that uses your email address after the @ symbol. Example: juan.valdez@cafecolombia.com

Once the account is created, go to:

» Account Settings > PROPERTIES...
» Then go to the OUTGOING SERVER tab...
» Check the box MY OUTGOING SERVER (SMTP) REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION
